Shipping

• All products are freshly made with love and care. Please allow 4-7 business days for processing and delivery.
During promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.
• We currently offer domestic shipping through PostNL only. Tracking information will be provided for parcels.
• Shipping costs may range from €0 (pick-up in Amsterdam or Zaandam) to €6.75, depending on final product weight and package size. Applicable shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.


Payment methods
• iDEAL is an online payment method that enables consumers to pay online through their own bank. Payments are made using the mobile banking app or the online banking environment of your own bank. iDEAL is a direct online transfer from your bank account to the bank account of an entrepreneur.
• Klarna Pay Later is a financial technology (fintech) company that allows consumers to purchase items without paying up-front. Consumers can choose to repay the amount in four interest-free fortnightly instalments or within 30 days.
• PayPal is an electronic commerce company that facilitates payments between parties through online transfers. PayPal allows customers to establish an account on its platform, which is connected to a user’s credit card or checking account. Once identification and proof of funds are confirmed, users can begin sending or receiving payments to and from other PayPal accounts online or through the company’s app.


Returns
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, products sold are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
